A simple, honest, all-inclusive fee, locked in for as long as you stay with us. No surprise renewal hikes, no "introductory rates", no fine print.
Our Promise
When you list your property with us today you pay £195 per year. That price is yours for life. As long as you keep your listing active, your renewal fee will never go up.
We think this is the way listing fees should work. You shouldn't have to brace yourself for an annual price hike or wonder whether next year's renewal will be twice as expensive as this year's.
"I've been with Villas in Portugal for years. The fee was £195 when I joined, and it's still £195 today. I can budget around it. With Airbnb I never know what I'll be charged from one booking to the next."
— Miguel, Quinta dos Olivais, Silver Coast

Will We Ever Increase Our Price?
Probably yes, our annual listing price will likely increase at some point however our existing customers will pay their original sign up price only. Only new customers will pay the new price. Think of it as a loyalty bonus.
Why We Do It This Way
We're a small team. We don't have shareholders to answer to, we don't have a growth-at-all-costs mandate, and we don't need to squeeze every last penny out of our owners to hit a quarterly target. A predictable flat fee covers our costs, lets us run a great website, and treats owners fairly.
