The Algorithm Problem
On the big portals, search rankings are essentially an auction. Owners who pay for "boost" features, premium placement or higher commission tiers float to the top, everyone else sinks. If you're a small owner with one or two properties, you're competing with property managers running hundreds of listings and matching budgets.
Other sites also take into account your response rate, your reviews, your cancellation rate, even your policies can affect how likely you are to show up in front of a guest search.
The result: a handful of owners get the lion's share of bookings, and everyone else watches their calendars stay empty.
How Our Rankings Work
Our search results rotate. Every owner in a region gets their share of time at the top of the listings, regardless of how long they've been with us or how much they pay (it's the same flat fee for everyone, remember?).
What this means in practice
Every few hours all of our property listings rotate, this is automatic and completely fair, each property spends significant time at the top of the results pages for all the pages it is eligible for. In some areas we list properties from 3rd parties like Booking.com, however our dedicated owners like you will always be displayed above these 3rd party listings.
What we don't do
We don't sell premium placement. We don't have "featured" tiers. We don't reward owners who hand us a bigger cheque. The only thing that affects your visibility is making sure your listing is live, we handle the rest.
